| You have been emailed some information about this, however for all of you here is some useful information. What you have to do is modify the CAPTCHA to include a form with extra fields. An example has been added for you. You can download this example form with a CAPTCHA and modify this as you like. Please note that this is written in PHP and you will need to run this on an APACHE server. |
